We are searching for experienced and self-motivated Lead Teachers. We are looking for a long term commitment, candidates to have strong leadership, professionalism, excellent communication and the love of early childhood education. Candidates must have a good understanding of the Montessori philosophy and preferably have completed their AMS Certification along with at least two years experience as a teacher in a Montessori environment.

We are looking for candidates who are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are. We are most interested in talking to applicants who have:Montessori Certification.

Job Requirements

  Preferably AMS Certified.
  Minimum 2 year experience working as a Lead Teacher.
  Education in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
  High school diploma or equivalent.
  Must have adult and pediatric CPR and first aid training.
  Must have completed mandatory in-service hours per DFPS licensing standards.
  Background check requirement.
  Must be in good physical condition.
  Be authorized to work in the United State.
